Fast shipping to the United States

Say goodbye to unexpected fees: starting March 2025, we will cover all duties and import costs to the United States. We ship worldwide to over 180 countries, partnering with major international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

All in-stock items ship next business day – we strive to ship orders promptly! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.

Shipping information

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the parcel/shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate and estimated delivery date at checkout. 

Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery. In case you detect any damage such as dirt, moisture or cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint about the issue. If the item has been damaged during transport, please file a freight claim within three days of receiving the order.

We recommend that you receive your parcel personally. If you have authorized the courier to leave it in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss.

Sometimes things don't go happily according to plan, but we are here to help you.

If the product you received is defective or damaged during transportation, take photos of both the packaging and the product. Send the photos and a more detailed description to us on the claim form within three days of receiving the order. Always save the damaged shipping packaging.

Due to the current saddening events, we are temporarily unable to deliver our goods to Ukrainian and Belarussian shipping addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping methods

DHL Express Worldwide is one of the fastest shipping options available. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. 

Soon after pick-up you will receive an e-mail or text message from DHL with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

You will get a notification before delivery and a confirmation once the delivery has been made.

DHL Express Worldwide Freight is one of the fastest freight shipping options available. Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the parcel/shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate and estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that DHL Express Worldwide Freight is not available for all orders. 

FedEx deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday to the shipping address.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the parcel/shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate and estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that FedEx Economy is not available for all orders.

FedEx deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday to the shipping address.

When ordering with Fedex Economy Freight please note that carrying of the goods indoors or upstairs is not included in the service. The pallet will be left to the receiver for a potential return shipment.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via UPS Expedited service. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

UPS Express Saver is the fastest shipping option available. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the parcel/shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate and estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that UPS Express Saver is not available for all orders.

Delivery to a pickup location

At checkout, select the shipping method and then a suitable pickup point from a list of the closest locations, based on the provided shipping address. You will receive an email notification from UPS once your order is available for pickup.

Please note that delivery to a pickup location is not available for all orders. Orders with a weight of over 20 kg or a length of over 80 cm cannot be delivered to a pickup point.
